Geneva Allerdings
Personal Lines Account Executive
Geneva Allerdings has been working as a Personal Lines Account Manager since 2015. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the customers and tailoring coverages to fit their individual needs. She grew up in Northwest Iowa and now resides in her hometown, where she is raising a family with her husband. When Geneva isn’t in the agency, she enjoys golfing, fishing, playing volleyball and spending time with her family and friends.
Lindsay Gasner
Commercial Lines Account Executive
Lindsay Gasner was born and raised in Northwest Iowa and graduated from the Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. After previously working in the Occupational Therapy industry for 16 years, she elected to change paths and move to the insurance and finance industry. With over 10 years of experience, most being at Stille Pierce and Pertzborn, she has worked as an Account Manager in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Lindsay has also obtained her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends boating, snow skiing, hunting, traveling and attending Iowa games.”
Barb Wetherell
Life & Health Account Executive
Barb Wetherell has worked at SPP since 2003 where she finds great passion helping health insurance clients every day. Barb grew up in central Iowa and met her husband, Dale while attending college at ICCC. They’ve made their home near Alta since 1989 where Dale has a trucking business and they raised their family. Outside of work, Barb enjoys camping, boating, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes & spending time with her family & friends.
Andrea Schultz
Life & Health Account Executive
Andrea Schultz, a native of Denison has been a licensed insurance producer for 9 years. Andrea attended college in Iowa and Kansas, graduating with a degree in Mortuary Science, joining her family business as a licensed funeral director until moving to Storm Lake where she became involved in the insurance industry. She is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance and focuses on health insurance for both individuals, small and large group, employee benefits and Medicare. She lives in Storm Lake with her husband, Larry and enjoys motorcycles, golfing (depending on the day) and anything that involves being in or on water.
Claudia Pertzborn
Finance Director
Claudia Pertzborn comes from a business background before joining Stille Pierce & Pertzborn in 2016. She has been working as our finance director and enjoys working with the staff and customers at the agency. Claudia is fluent in Spanish and helps translate whenever the need arises. Her hobbies include traveling, skiing, golfing, playing volleyball, attending concerts, and spending time on the lake with her family during the summer months.
Summer Meisheid
Commercial Lines Account Executive
Summer is a Lake View native, where she currently lives with her husband Allan and her three children. She has been an insurance agent since 2013, and joined Stille Pierce & Pertzborn in summer 2018. In her spare time, Summer enjoys Harley rides, attending her kids’ sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family.
Michelle Munoz
Commercial Lines Account Executive
Michelle and her husband David are Des Moines natives but have called Storm Lake home for the past 20 years. Her daughter and son-in-law live in Waukee and her son and daughter-in-law live in Storm Lake. Though Michelle is new to the insurance industry, she has a background in Human Resources and strong customer service skills. She looks forward to utilizing those skill sets while learning a new career. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, and spending time with her fur babies.
Elizabeth Hartzell
Personal Lines Account Executive
Elizabeth Hartzell, a native of Spencer, has been a licensed insurance agent since 2017. Liz attended college in Iowa and Colorado, graduating with a Business Management degree. Liz joined her family’s insurance agency after moving back to Northwest Iowa. She joined the Stille, Pierce & Pertzborn agency in 2023 and focuses on personal lines insurance. She lives in Spencer with her husband, Ben, and their four children. In Liz’s free time she enjoys attending sporting events for her children, spending time with friends and family, boating, traveling, and live music.
Katie Gunkelman
Commercial Lines Account Executive
Katie was raised on a farm outside of Aurelia and is a graduate of Buena Vista University with a Sports Management major and a business minor. Katie recently obtained her property and casualty license and is new to the insurance industry but has a long history of working with our agency in her prior work life on the Personal Lines and Health and Benefits side. Katie and her husband, Eric, make their home on a farm outside of Alta, with their four children. The kids keep them busy by participating in every sport. They love watching their kids participate and when time allows, they like concerts, golfing, bowling, boating, brewing from their own hops (GO Hops), traveling, and cheering on the Ohio sports teams along with the Minnesota Wild.
Christian Grote
Health & Life Account Executive
Christian Grote was born and raised in Northwest Iowa. She attended Iowa Western Community College and remained in the Omaha area for 9 years until she moved to Overland Park, Kansas where she worked in property management for the next 11 years. A few years ago, she moved back to Iowa to be closer to family and she joined our agency in 2023. She comes to us with strong customer service and office management skills, and she is currently licensed in Life and Health Insurance. In Christian’s free time, she enjoys attending her nieces’ and nephews' sporting events, traveling, golfing, attending concerts and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Denise Nicodemus
Account Executive-Aurelia Office
Denise Nicodemus, an Aurelia native, grew up on a farm outside of town. She met her husband Randy while in college and they decided to return to Aurelia to raise their family. Denise and Randy have 2 kids and 4 grandchildren, and they remain active in the community as members of several community organizations. Denise has been in the insurance industry for over 26 years, and takes great pride in taking care of “her people” and helping them in any way she can. In her free time, Denise likes to attend her grandchildren’s activities, traveling, following Morningside Mustang football, and she is an avid quilter.
